We honor a 30 day return/replacement policy for the following:
- If a box arrives damaged during shipping
- You change your mind about your purchase
If your box is damaged during shipping, please email us a photograph of the following;
- Damaged shipping box
- Damage to “The Cell” or “In-Sight Box.
We will send you a replacement and there is no need to return the damaged box to us.
If you change your mind about your purchase, send us an email.
Please tell us why you changed your mind. Please provide the following information in your email;
- Your name
- Shipping address
- Date of purchase
- Order number.
After we receive your request, we will email you an RA number. Please include this in your return packing.
You are responsible for the shipping cost when returning the box for a refund.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days from the date we receive the items you purchased and are returning.
